Rateable Values for non-domestic properties are re-assessed every five years. The latest revaluation came into effect on the 1st April 2010.

Oakley Commercial is experienced in advising clients as to whether or not a Rating Assessment of a particular commercial property is appropriate, submitting appeals and, if required, are able to negotiate on behalf of clients with the Valuation Office Agency in order to minimise rating liabilities.

We are able to provide rating advice in relation to a wide variety of commercial property and have a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of the rating system.
