Property Management

Our property management team provides comprehensive day-to-day management services in all areas of property, asset & portfolio management.

Management services that we provide include:

• rent and service charge collection
• service charge administration
• property inspections
• landlord and tenant advice
• supervision of repairs

We currently manage a wide range of premises including industrial estates, office buildings and mixed portfolios of single residential and commercial buildings.

All of the premises that we look after are managed in accordance with the recommendations of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We are fully conversant with the Code of Practice for Commercial Leases, which has been approved by all the major property industry bodies.

We are also authorised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors on behalf of the Financial Services Authority to carry out general insurance mediation activities.

Our rent and service charge collection facilities are fully computerised and administered through one fully integrated package. All of our accounting systems are operated in accordance with the RICS Rules of Conduct in relation to Client monies.

Our management surveyors visit properties on a regular basis and continually liaise with clients, tenants and all other parties involved with the management of a particular premises in order to maximise tenant satisfaction and the value of our clients assets.
