James is an associate director of Oakley Residential and has been an integral part of the company’s expansion since joining in 2004. Managing the Brighton & Hove city centre residential office, James’s welcoming, professional and efficient manner is echoed by his team. Born in Brighton & Hove his enthusiasm for property and his hometown have seen him working in residential & commercial sales since 1994. James is the current treasurer for the Brighton & Hove Estate Agents Association (www.bheaa.com), which is part of his passion, towards maintaining and improving standards within the property industry.
Simon has worked in Both Residential and commercial property throughout Sussex since 1997. Having lived in Brighton and Hove for the last 12Year’s. Upon Leaving school , simon worked in the building trade for 11 years qualifying as a carpenter and joiner and working on many projects including Hampton Court and the Arundel castle refurbishment. Having grown up and worked throughout the Sussex area simon has gained valuable Knowledge, experience and understanding of the property market.
Becki has been in the property business for the past five years, she starting off gaining experience becoming a conveyancing assistant for one of the south coasts leading solicitor’s firms and now looks after Oakley Residential’s administrative duties. Becki still finds time to be on the final part of completing her FPC (financial planning certificate).
Anthony has been involved with the local property market since the 80's. Set up a Residential lettings company in Brighton in 1990.Has as also acted as a consultant and trainer for estate agents in London & the south east. Whiteheads Lettings merged with Oakley in 2009. Now heads the Residential Lettings department as lettings director. Having been a Member of the National Association Of Estate Agents since the 1994 he firmly believes that the industry should have some compulsory regulation to protect clients and increase standards in the sector.
Delyth joined Oakley Residential Lettings department in spring 2009 as head negotiator. As is the ethos of Oakley Delyth is also very hands on in all areas of the lettings process and procedures. She has a broad base of experience since starting lettings in 2008.
Laura joined Oakley’s in 2010 having previous lettings experience. As lettings administrator and having a family background in law, she is extremely interested in all legal aspects of lettings. Being hands on she also enjoys conducting viewings and meeting clients. Laura has a bright future ahead of her.
Bryn has always lived and worked along the East Sussex coast for the last 10 years. He has a wealth of experience in the property business and has dealt with all varieties of residential property and new developments within his career. Bryn has worked in both corporate and independent agencies and has a proven track record of providing the highest possible standards to his vendors and purchasers.
Helen has many years experience of working in the service industry and lives locally in Lewes. Helen is responsible for the day to day smooth running of the Lewes office and is also our Client Liaison Manager, responsible for ensuring that Clients are regularly updated on the marketing of their properties and maintaining high standards of service.
Josephine is the Administrator in the Lewes Office and responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office. Josephine lives locally and has good knowledge of the area. Oakley Residential was Josephine’s first step on the career ladder after spending 3 years volunteering in various art galleries in London.
