Tim is the director in charge of the company’s Valuation, Management and Landlord and Tenant departments having joined Oakley Commercial in 1998. Tim has been practising as a Chartered Surveyor in the Sussex area for the last 15 years and specialises in the provision of advice to both landlords and tenants in relation to lease renewals and rent reviews, covering a wide variety of commercial property types.

Colin works as a Property Manager in the company’s Management Department and is responsible for the day-to-day management of all the commercial and residential properties, which we look after. He has had over 15 years experience in property management and specialises in providing advice and supervision upon a variety of building works matters.

Elliott is a Chartered Surveyor, having qualified in 2008 while working for BAA Ltd. Now working for Oakley Commercial in the professional department on a range of Valuation, Landlord and Tenant and Management matters across all sectors. Elliott brings property experience of working across the South East and now enjoys being Sussex based. He is a keen footballer and enjoys going to live music events in Brighton.

Alison Snell
Accounts

Alison works as the management department accountant and is responsible for the day to day accounting for all of the commercial properties. She has 20 years experience in accounting, most of which were gained within the legal sector. She also has experience in residential estate agency and residential and commercial conveyancing. Alison has various accounting qualifications and is also a part qualified licensed conveyancer.
